Regional account
Regional manager → offices → employees
The regional manager controls office-manager permissions and each office’s unpaid-balance limit.
- Create an office for each team.
- Choose what each manager may manage.
- Let office managers assign employee apps.
Each office has its own credit balance and bill. Creating a region does not move existing offices or combine their billing.
Clear responsibilities
Give each manager the right controls.
Regional managers can grant access to employee management, app assignments, job numbers, credit purchases, billing and usage statements.
Office managers see the sections they are allowed to use. They cannot raise their own permissions or the regional spending cap.
These are account-management roles. They do not grant inspection approval or signing authority.
Keep spending in view.
The regional limit covers unpaid app fees and credit purchases. Fees not yet invoiced count too. Automatic credit purchases use the same limit.
Settled payments free capacity. Starting a new month does not clear unpaid charges. The separate site-owner limit on unpaid purchases still applies.
Existing assigned apps keep their normal fees and may take a balance above the limit. New credit purchases and app assignments that add a fee are then blocked. Remove app assignments to stop their future fees.
A new regional office starts with a $0 limit. Its regional manager sets the amount before adding paid apps or buying credits.
Apps and credits
Two costs. Shown clearly.
Apps: Each employee’s assigned app has a monthly fee. An app assigned during any part of the month incurs its full monthly fee. Billing months use UTC.
Credits: A corporate credit costs $1 to purchase. Credit purchases go on the office’s monthly bill. Each tool shows the credits needed before you issue a paid output.
API Report Builder has no subscription fee. Its paid outputs still use credits. Automatic credit purchases are optional.
Your records
Office work stays separate.
Each person uses their own sign-in. Their personal account and personal records stay separate from office work.
Authorized office and regional managers can see the office roster, app assignments, access status and permitted usage statements. That role does not automatically open someone else’s report files.

Shared Weldbook jobs included
Assign Weldbook to each inspector or QC manager for $9.99 per employee/month. Your office shares weld records, photos and job progress. Managers with job permission create shared jobs. There is no separate QC Manager package or five-seat minimum.
Other apps keep their corporate monthly rates. Office credits and issued outputs use the existing corporate pricing. A manager who works with weld records needs a Weldbook assignment; regional administration alone does not grant inspection-record access.
