Request account deletion

Appalachian Integrity LLC makes the Weldbook AI family of apps, including Pipe ISO Drafter AI and Weldbook AI. One account covers the apps in the family. Use this form to request deletion of that account and its associated data. It works in a browser even after the app is uninstalled.

What deletion covers

• Your account profile and sign-in details, including name, email and company.
• Your saved drawings, reports, field PDFs and other personal content in the active application.
• Your app access and signed-in devices.

Information that may be retained

Payment and subscription records, agreement-acceptance records and the deletion-request record may be kept for applicable tax, accounting, contract and administration needs. Shared team or company records require review of ownership and authority. Security and access logs are managed separately for security and operational needs. The response to your request identifies the retained categories and reasons.

Backups, recovery archives and file mirrors may still contain copies after content is removed from the active application. Their retention and deletion are managed separately; submitting this form does not erase those copies immediately.

Review and completion

We verify identity and authority, then complete deletion from the active application within 30 days and email the account address with the outcome. This period does not describe the separate retention of the records and backup copies above. If the account belongs to a team or company, or a subscription is still active, we may contact you first for information needed to process the request.

Save any local work you wish to keep before clearing app data. Account deletion and cancellation of a subscription are separate actions; an administrator reviews any active subscription as part of handling the request.
