Delete your Pit Stop account

Pit Stop is published by Appalachian Integrity LLC.

If you have the app

  1. Open Pit Stop and go to Account.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is removed when the request succeeds. Cancel a store subscription separately, as described below.

If you no longer have the app

You can reinstall Pit Stop, sign in with the same Apple or Google account, then use Account > Delete account. If you need help, contact us:

Write the email

Our account database does not store your provider email address, so an email alone may not identify the account. Tell us whether you used Apple or Google sign-in and that you need account-deletion help. We may need to verify account control before processing the request. Never send an Apple or Google password. We answer within one month (for requests under Swiss law, normally within 30 days).

If you live in the EU, EEA or Switzerland, this is also how to use your right to erasure. Your other rights, and how to complain to a data protection authority, are in the privacy policy.

What gets deleted

What is unlinked or anonymized

What stays

Your store subscription is separate. Deleting the Pit Stop account does not cancel it. On iPhone, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions, choose Pit Stop and cancel. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, choose Pit Stop and cancel. You can also use Google Play's subscription settings.

For an account with a stored Apple sign-in token, the server requests revocation after deleting the account record. Deletion proceeds if that request cannot be completed; successful revocation or a retry is not guaranteed.
